In June nearly 20 years ago, I recall the excitement as I stepped of the plane at Heathrow. I was about to embark upon a tour that changed my life well and truly. That tour was the first tour Adelaide artist and author Lynne Sinclair-Wood led around various Celtic sites from Lands End to Callanish on the Isle of Lewis.
After the tour concluded, I remained in the British Isles for a number of years, visiting many wonderful places, meeting many wonderful people, and gaining experiences that I still hold dear today. When I eventually left Heathrow again, I vowed I would be back ... and nearly 20 years later that vow will finally be honoured.
I am delighted to announce that I will be the guest guide on both the West Country and Ireland 2013 tours organised by Christine Casey of Dragon's Eye Tours. During both tours, I will be offering tarot readings, presenting workshops, and guidance into the other realms through the use of meditation. I will be sharing my knowledge surrounding the local folklore and associated mythology of many of the places we will be visiting, including my deep passion of the Arthurian legend when we visit Tintagel, the place of Arthur's alleged birth.
Visiting sacred sites is one thing, but to be guided around them by those who have expect knowledge and personal passion is another. I am looking forward to listening to Professor Ron Hutton during the Glastonbury visit as well as being guided through the mystical Boyne Valley in Ireland by renown Wiccans, Janet Farrar and Gavin Bone. Then there is a private Druidic orientated ritual within Stonehenge to look forward to, not to mention dowsing around Avebury under the guidence of Maria Wheatley.
These tours can be taken separately or together, allow ample time to explore and experience the power and energy of all the wonderful places that we are going to visit, as well as the important "down time" in order to allow these experiences to filter in.
If this sounds like something you would like to experience, then visit Dragon's Eye Tours as Christine only takes a small group each year.
