Book: "Dancing the Sacred Wheel"

Dancing the Sacred Wheel: A Journey through the Southern Sabbats was originally released in November 2012 and while there many books available on the Sabbats, the eight sacred festivals that are central to modern paganism, most are written from the Northern Hemisphere point of view (where most of the sabbat associated folklore and mythology originated).  Dancing the Sacred Wheel: A Journey through the Southern Sabbats is unique in that it is specifically written from the Southern Hemispheric perspective by someone who actually lives in the Southern Hemisphere and who has been following a Pagan path for over 20 years.

Due to the lack of information readily available on this subject, it is little wonder that the first edition of Dancing the Sacred Wheel: A Journey through the Southern Sabbats sold out within six months.

I am delighted to announce that the second edition of Dancing the Sacred Wheel: A Journey through the Southern Sabbats is now available.  For Australian customers, autographed copies can be purchased direct from the author through Paypal (Australian customers only).

For non-Australian customers, Dancing the Sacred Wheel: A Journey through the Southern Sabbats is available through Createspace.com as well as Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk and other Amazon affiliated online sites.

The differences between the two editions largely relate to formatting and sizing with the second edition measuring 15 x 23 cm (9 x 11 in) as opposed to 8.5 x 20 cm (5 1/3 x 8 in).  The font size is also larger, resulting in the second edition being 277 pages as opposed to 270 pages contained within first edition.

An attempt has been made to correct any typographical errors not picked up by the first edition's proofreader, with some additional information also being added, such as including an alternative to Christmas when there are Pagan children.

Due to the minute changes, this additional section will shortly be made available after the release of the second edition to save additional costs to those people who have supported the first edition of Dancing the Sacred Wheel: A Journey through the Southern Sabbats.
