Unto Herself: A Devotional Anthology for Independent Goddesses

This morning I received notification that the latest anthology from Bibliotheca Alexandrina, entitled Unto Herself: A Devotional Anthology for Independent Goddesses, is now available.  This anthology is one of a number that I had decided to submit articles to this year and the first I have received notification of actually being ready.

Naturally I am very excited and cannot wait to receive my own copy.

This volume consists a collection of prayers, poems, rituals, essays, and short stories written about an assortment of independent Goddesses including Artemis, Athena, Columbia, Coventina, Freyja, Hekate, Hestia, Isis, Kuan Yin, Lilith, Mary, Minerva, the Morrigan, Nehalennia, Neith, Skadhi, Tabiti, and Vesta.   Amongst the contributions is my own essay on Neith.

The other anthologies that I have essays appearing in include The Faerie Queens (edited by Sorita d'Este, Avalonia) - which will contain my article on Morgan le Fay, the infamous bewitching half sister of King Arthur; Memento Mori (edited by Kim Huggens, Avalonia) - my article on death from a Pagan perspective will appear in the second volume of this anthology; and Shield of Wisdom: A Devotional Anthology in Honour of Athena (edited by Bibliotheca Alexandrina) - my article for this anthology is going through final amendments.

I also have at least one piece of devotional poetry to be published in The Pagan Prayer Project (edited by Stacey Demarco), not to mentioned my own book, Dancing the Sacred Wheel: A Journey through the Southern Sabbats, that should be available for release around September this year.
